Oklahoma State University Police Department held a ceremony today to swear-in three new officers to the OSU Police Department. Officers Hossein Kalami, Jacob Abad and Blake O’Dell were sworn-in by Chief Public Safety Officer Michael Robinson at the Brumley Community Center on OSU-Stillwater campus.

“The department is very proud to be able to add additional officers to our police force,” said Robinson. “Our campus, department and each officer takes very seriously the importance of maintaining the highest level of safety on the OSU-Stillwater campus.”

The three officers join a division that is already 33 sworn officers strong. The police department provides law enforcement and public safety assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across the campus.

Each OSU police officer undergoes an extensive selection process and has completed state mandated training requirements.
