Spears School of Business seniors honored by the Alumni Association

Three seniors in the Spears School of Business were selected by the OSU Alumni Association as the 2020-2021 Outstanding Seniors.
These seniors were recognized for their academic achievement, involvement with the campus and community, honors and awards received, scholarships and work ethic throughout their time at OSU.
The Spears Business students named Outstanding Seniors are:
- Ariane Ballner: Elmshom, Germany
- Chance Cain: Stillwater, Oklahoma
- Maximum Waller: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Ariane Ballner, a management and marketing student with a minor in sports management, is a three-time Big 12 champion student athlete on the track and field/cross country team and a three-time CoSIDA Academic All-American. Along with her track and academic achievements, she was very involved with the community where she volunteered with several organizations.
Chance Cain, an accounting and finance student, is a member of many clubs and organizations, and he held executive board positions in the majority of those. He was awarded Top Twenty Freshman and National Men’s Fraternity Top Freshman. Cain also volunteered his time with the community and faith-based organizations.
Maximum Waller, an accounting and finance student, is active in multiple councils and organizations and he dedicated his time to serving and volunteering in the community. Waller received multiple academic awards while also owning and managing a software company with his brother.
The OSU Alumni Association Student Awards Selection Committee met with the 52 Seniors of Significance selected in the fall of 2020, choosing 22 as this year’s Outstanding Seniors. A private, limited-capacity reception honoring the Outstanding Seniors will be held April 24 at the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center in Stillwater.
