Editor's note: This is the final installment in a series of feature stories to celebrate the 2025 Spears School of Business Hall of Fame inductees and Outstanding Young Alumni before their Oct. 10 ceremony.

Brittany Sizemore surrounds herself with Oklahoma State University connections in Dallas.

She’s one of several Spears School of Business graduates in leadership positions at ISN, a global leader in contractor and supplier information management. She met her husband, Aaron Sizemore, at OSU. Of course, their two kids are Pokes fans. Together, the Sizemores support Brighter Orange of North Texas, raising scholarship funds for North Texans attending their alma mater.

“Any way, shape and form that we can give back, we definitely want to support,” Brittany said. “We’re certainly proud Pokes, and we want to spread the good word of OSU.”

Now, OSU is showing appreciation for the Sizemores.

Brittany and Aaron are two of three Spears Business Outstanding Young Alumni this year. They will receive their awards at the Oct. 10 Spears Business Hall of Fame banquet in the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center.

Brittany, who grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2008. She serves as ISN’s vice president of marketing and strategic business development. Brittany previously held other leadership roles and worked in ISN’s London office from 2011-12.

Q: What led you to OSU out of high school?

Brittany Sizemore: I didn’t have much of an allegiance to any college or university growing up. One of my best friends, her older brother actually went to OSU. When he would come home during the holiday breaks, he would talk to us about all of the house decorations at America’s Greatest Homecoming. Seeing all of those pictures and hearing all of his stories and all of the friendships that he was making, it was definitely something that drew me to the university.

How did Spears Business impact your professional journey?

The Spears School of Business impacted my journey greatly. I had Professor (Lee) Manzer, who I was very drawn to. He could light up a room, and everybody wanted to be in that class. He was just so wonderful. I also had an instructor by the name of Garrett Coble. Unfortunately, he passed away, but he was the one who recommended that I interview with ISN. He made that connection for me.

In your words, how did you meet Aaron?

We met in statistics our junior year. When we first met, I remember calling my mom after class, and she was like, “I can hear you smiling through the phone. How was statistics?” I was like, “Oh, statistics was fine, but I met this boy, and he’s a Sigma Nu.” I was a Pi Beta Phi, and that year, we actually were doing homecoming together. We got to spend a lot of time together pomping and doing all of the homecoming activities together.

Our connection just grew closer there, and the rest is history. It’s just been such a fun journey to go through a couple of years of school together, graduate, experience being fresh out of college together and have a family together. He makes a wonderful partner, and it’s been a great adventure.

How has your family continued to make OSU a big part of your life?

When I first graduated from OSU, it was kind of easy to keep the OSU legacy alive given that I work at ISN, and as a company, we bleed orange. Our logo is orange. You can feel it and breathe it in our organization on a daily basis, so that made it easy. Also, one of my close sorority sisters from OSU, her mom was Kathy Wilson, and she really led the charge for DFW and the Brighter Orange fundraiser. It was just a very natural way to get plugged in and keep the OSU spirit alive for me.

What’s it like to have the Cowboy family around you in Dallas at your workplace in your day-to-day life?

The OSU spirit is alive and well at ISN, and it really starts from the top. With Joe Eastin and Brian Callahan and several of our executive leadership members being Spears graduates, it’s just easy and natural for us to have OSU embedded throughout our culture and in everything we do every day.

What does Brighter Orange of North Texas do, and how are you involved?

The Brighter Orange has been an organization that’s really near and dear to our hearts. We have been involved since we graduated in 2008 through a variety of different ways. It’s a wonderful organization that helps to raise awareness for OSU here in North Texas and maybe offer the chance to someone who lives in this area that might not financially be able to support themselves going out of state, to be able to have the chance to go to Stillwater and have the same experience that we had there.

What advice would you have for current and incoming students?

Just lean into it. Enjoy this special four years. It’s a great little bubble where you can make some mistakes and grow up a little bit. Really lean into those connections, whether it’s the resources that OSU provides or it’s going to your professors’ study hours or whatever that may be. Set yourself apart, and make those connections with those professors and the staff and the friendships that will last a lifetime.

What does the Outstanding Young Alumni award mean to you?

I’m so flattered and honored to have been recognized as an Outstanding Young Alumni. When you look at the list of individuals who have received this award in the past, I’m shocked to be included. The likes of Julie (Polk) Connelly and Brittany Surine and Brandi (Surine) Ford, they’ve all left such a wonderful legacy and are such mentors to me. To be a part of that crew just means everything.
