OSU agricultural experiment station collaboration with Noble Foundation moves forward

Oklahoma State University gained approvals from the OSU/A&M Board of Regents that will allow OSU to begin work on a significant collaboration with the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation that will greatly increase agricultural research in the state.
