Study Abroad Travel Photo Contest Winners

From top to bottom: “Lunar Eclipse” was taken by Mark Nelson this summer while he
was studying in St. Petersburg, Russia. “Kuzumaki Dairy Farm” was taken by Tyler VanArsdale,
who visited Iwate, Japan in July 2008. “The Calm” won the domestic category. This
photo was taken by Will Byrne during travels to Crested Butte, Colorado in August
of 2007.

This photo was taken by Will Byrne during travels to Crested Butte, Colorado in August of 2007. The photos were judged by local professional photographers Gary Lawson, Ken Helt, and Ted Newlin, who generously donated their time and expertise. “Lunar Eclipse” also won the People’s Choice award, chosen by 571 voters from the campus community.
