Fiegemer is "Pike of the Month"

Thomas Fiegerner

Thomas Fiegerner, a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at Oklahoma State University, is being honored nationally as the fraternity's Pike of the Month for June. Members of Pi Kappa Alpha from OSU and across the nation selected Fiegener for the honor in recognition of his dedication and loyalty to his fraternity brothers.

Fiegener, a political science/economics major from Lee's Summit, Mo., has dedicated several summers to mission trips in areas across the country, helping with home improvements for the elderly and various renovations, including a church in San Francisco.

Initiated into the Gamma Chi chapter at OSU in 2012, Fiegener revamped the sergeant at arms position his freshman year, revised outdated bylaws and enforced new rules in a professional and organized manner. During his sophomore year, he was elected to serve on the Interfraternity Council judiciary board and currently serves as the IFC's internal vice president and primary risk manager.

In addition, Fiegerner is also an honors student, student government association supreme court justice and member of Phi Alpha Delta, a pre-law fraternity.

After graduating from OSU, Fiegener plans to attend law school to study criminal and environmental law. He also hopes to join the Peace Corps and run for public office. His dream is to become governor of his home state, Missouri.
