Safe Walk enhances personal safety on campus The Oklahoma State University Police department wants to remind the campus about the Safe Walk program. Public Service Officers are available between 7 p.m. and 3 a.m. seven days a week to escort people across campus. In addition to safe walk duties, the PSOs, who work in pairs, patrol the campus on foot to help with security in campus parking lots and facilities, and watch for any suspicious activity. Those interested in receiving assistance through the Safe Walk program should call the OSUPD at 405-744-6523 and ask for a PSO to be dispatched to your location on campus. |
