Gag order issued regarding parade tragedy

A gag order has been issued in connection to the Oct. 24 parade crash criminal court case. Logan County District Judge Louis A. Duel has ordered all lawyers, witnesses, victims and family members involved in the case to not discuss it outside of court.

In addition, court proceedings in the case have been put on hold until Dec. 10. Twenty-five year old Adacia Chambers was ordered committed to a state facility for psychological examination. She has been charged with four counts of second-degree murder and 46 counts of assault and battery by means of force likely to produce death.
