OSU Community Transit service resumes July 7
Tuesday, June 30, 2020
OSU Community Transit resumed operation July 7 on the reduced summer schedule. Buses
will return to normal operation with all routes available and BOB will resume shuttle
service on Aug. 17, 2020.
The return to service includes new guidelines in an effort to protect employees and
passengers from the spread of the virus. Passengers are asked to:
• Wear a mask when riding
• Do not ride if you have symptoms
• Enter and exit the bus at the rear door on Community Routes
Areas around the drivers will be sectioned off to create 6-feet or greater separation
from the passengers, allowing drivers to safely operate their bus without a mask.
All public transit buses in service will have high-touch surfaces cleaned daily. OSU Transit has contracted with Enviro-Mist for deep cleaning and sanitizing on a regular schedule. OSU Transit will also supply hand sanitizer in all buses.
