The Oklahoma State University Alumni Association and Love’s Travel Stops have renewed their multiyear agreement to support America’s Greatest Homecoming at OSU.
The renewed partnership officially makes Love’s the presenting sponsor of OSU’s greatest tradition through 2026, including the 103rd edition this year.
“Love’s is excited to continue its partnership with the OSU Alumni Association to uphold the legacy that is America’s Greatest Homecoming,” said Shane Wharton, president of Love’s and an OSU alumnus. “We remain dedicated to supporting and celebrating the rich heritage of OSU as it fosters a strong sense of community and nurtures our future leaders.”
Love’s has been a fixture at America’s Greatest Homecoming since before the partnership began in 2021. Love’s was featured in the Sea of Orange Parade for many years with its OSU-themed fuel hauling truck rolling down Main Street. Under the renewed partnership, Love’s will continue to be an active participant in all Homecoming aspects.
“OSU’s Homecoming returns tens of thousands of loyal and true alumni, family and friends back home to Stillwater each year,” said Dr. Ann Caine, OSU Alumni Association president. “We’re excited to continue our continued partnership with Love’s Travel Stops and know that together, we will continue to facilitate the long-standing tradition of America’s Greatest Homecoming that our alumni know and love.”
Last week, the theme for OSU Homecoming 2024 was announced as “Innovative Visions … Timeless Traditions.” More than a dozen events for alumni, students and fans will take place from Oct. 27 to Nov. 2, concluding with the Arizona State vs. OSU football game.
