“I encourage anyone wanting to learn more about Asia and the opportunities offered to attend,” said David Henneberry, associate vice president for the Division of International Studies and Outreach. “We are thrilled to welcome Brady back to OSU and have him speak at Wes Watkins Center.”

Sidwell serves as vice president of global strategy, mergers and acquisitions for the OSI Group, a world leader in providing quality products and custom solutions for the food industry.

Sidwell graduated in 2004 from OSU with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics with a focus on international marketing. He earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong, where he studied as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar to China. He has been with the OSI Group since May 2011.

Before he began working for the OSI Group, Sidwell served as head of food and agribusiness research and advisory for Rabobank International in Asia. Prior to that, he worked on project teams for the U.S. Embassy office of the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service.

While at OSU, Sidwell was named Outstanding Senior of the class of 2004 and he served as president of the Alpha Gammo Rho fraternity. Sidwell grew up on a farm in Goltry, Oklahoma, in which he is now president and half owner.

The Wes Watkins Center is located at Washington Street and Hall of Fame Avenue in Stillwater.
