Enrollment for summer and fall has opened for Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City as of March 24.

Fall classes will begin in mid-August.

OSU-OKC offers classes and degrees to help students move into the workforce and fill critical positions across the state.

Celebrating its first anniversary in fall 2025 is OKC Fame, in which students can earn an associate degree while working part-time with local manufacturers.

The Greater OKC Chamber partnered with Oklahoma State University-OKC to launch the state’s first chapter of the Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education in 2024. The FAME program combines classroom education with hands-on training.

Much of this training is in OSU-OKC’s new 2,393-square-foot Advanced Manufacturing Lab, which simulates working on a factory floor.

FAME students can earn short-term credentials called micro-credentials while earning their Engineering Technologies A.A.S. degree.

Bachelor of Technology degrees available in this concentration include the Engineering Technologies B.T. - Automation Concentration and the Engineering Technologies B.T. - Industrial Engineering Concentration.

Other bachelor's degrees recently added to the OSU-OKC repertoire are the Information Technologies B.T. - Cybersecurity Concentration and the Information Technologies B.T. - Software Development Concentration.

Cybersecurity refers to keeping data and technology safe from outside actors. It is necessary to protect sensitive and private information.

An associate degree in information technologies will be needed to transfer into the information technology bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or software development. Many of the classes are available as online classes.

These degrees help feed the mission of OSU Polytech, which launched an expanded vision for innovative STEM-based curriculum, industry-aligned academic programs, flexible learning opportunities and real-world learning experiences in December 2023.

These are just a few of the many careers, degrees and credentials available via an OSU-OKC education. To enroll for fall, fill out an application online and schedule a meeting with an advisor. Currently, enrolled OSU-OKC students need only to schedule an advising appointment.
