Two powerful trucks just rolled onto Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology's campus, and they're about to transform how students learn the ins and outs of commercial vehicle technology.

Thanks to industry partner HOLT Truck Centers, Truck Technician program students now have access to more professional-grade equipment that mirrors exactly what they'll work with in their careers.

The donation includes two impressive rigs: a 2018 International LT625 6-by-4 in blue and a 2017 International ProStar Plus 122 6-by-4 in white. Both trucks pack 450 HP Cummins engines and feature the reliable 6-by-4 configuration that's the backbone of commercial transportation.

What makes these trucks perfect for training? The 2018 LT625 comes equipped with a Cummins X15 Efficiency Series engine, disc brakes, and dual drives configuration. It's exactly the advanced technology today's truck technicians need to master. The 2017 ProStar Plus 122 features a Cummins ISX engine, a mix of disc and drum brakes ideal for comprehensive training, and "super signals" diagnostic capabilities that give students hands-on experience with cutting-edge troubleshooting technology.
