(August 7, 2008 Stillwater, OK) - OSU agricultural communications students took home more than 20 individual and five team awards for communications at the National Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow convention in Florida. The group also earned national chapter honors for leadership and service. Emily Kilian was named 2008-09 national ACT first vice president. She and Brooke Clay were awarded $1,000 scholarships. The convention was part of the 10th annual Agricultural Media Summit, one of the largest gatherings of agricultural communications professionals in history (more than 550 in attendance).
