(Stillwater, OK April 2, 2009) -- Students, faculty and staff of Oklahoma State University will be recognized for outstanding leadership and service during the annual President's Leadership and Service Recognition Reception, set for 5:30 p.m. on April 8 in the student Union Atrium.

OSU President Burns Hargis and Kent Sampson, director of Campus Life, will welcome the recipients and guests.

Presenting the student awards will be Sampson; Tim Huff, manager of International Students and Scholars; Dr. Jim Hromas, director of International Education and Outreach; Seth Tracy, graduate assistant with the OSU Service-Learning and Volunteer Center; and Stephen Haseley, manager of Leadership Development. Other campus recognition will include the OSU Greek Community.

A reception will be held in the Atrium immediately following the ceremony.
