Spurrier and Roark named to national committee positions

Robert Spurrier, director of the OSU Honors College and professor of political science, has been named to co-chair the National Collegiate Honors Council's Assessment and Evaluation Committee for 2011-2012. Spurrier is a past president of NCHC and currently serves as NCHC Secretary.
Jessica Roark, assistant director of the honors college, has been selected to chair the National Collegiate Honors Council's Honors Advising Committee again in 2011-2012. Roark also serves as co-chair of the Developing in Honors workshop for experienced honors professionals held each year at NCHC's national conference.
