Dana Moore has been named director of student conduct and deputy Title IX coordinator in Oklahoma State University's Campus Life Student Conduct Office.
Before joining OSU, Moore built a career in housing, student conduct and Title IX, serving in a variety of roles focused on conflict management and student development. Throughout her career, she has created opportunities for meaningful dialogue and helped students navigate conflict and life challenges in constructive ways.
Moore is passionate about conflict resolution and personal growth. She previously collaborated with a cohort of higher education professionals to develop Real Talk, a programming series designed to help participants better understand the role of conflict in everyday life and develop effective strategies for managing it. That work reflects her commitment to fostering accountability, personal growth and respectful community engagement. Those values align closely with the mission of OSU Campus Life.
As director of student conduct and deputy Title IX coordinator, Moore will provide strategic leadership for the universitywide student conduct process and coordinate the institution's response to sexual misconduct involving students. She will play a key role in advancing student accountability, fostering personal and ethical development, and promoting a safe campus environment.
"I'm honored to join Oklahoma State University and the Campus Life team," Moore said. "I believe student conduct is an opportunity to help students learn, grow and take responsibility in ways that support their long-term success. I look forward to partnering with students and colleagues to foster a campus community where every student feels supported, respected and empowered to thrive."
Moore will report to Dr. Aleigha Mariott, assistant vice president of Campus Life.
"We're pleased to welcome Dana to the Campus Life team," Mariott said. "Her experience and thoughtful approach to student development will support our ongoing commitment to accountability, student support and a campus environment where all students can thrive."
Moore joined the OSU Campus Life team on July 1.
Moore earned a Bachelor of Science in political science with a minor in history from Texas A&M University in College Station and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in legal and judicial administration from Texas State University in San Marcos.
