OSUIT Marcom wins 13 OCPRA awards, including 4 Grand Awards

The Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology Marketing and Communications team won 13 awards at the Oklahoma College Public Relations Association annual conference.

The conference, held July 19-21 at Choctaw Casino & Resort in Durant, was attended by marketing and communications teams from universities and colleges throughout the state.

Dozens of awards were presented across several categories, including Branding, Brochure and Direct Mail, Design, Events and Promotions, Innovation, Photography, Publication, Social Media, Video and Writing.

“These awards recognize much more than just creative excellence. They reflect our entire team's commitment and passion to telling the story OSUIT students, faculty and staff contribute to every single day,” said Jeramy Pappas, director of OSUIT Marketing and Communications. “It is an honor to be recognized alongside some of the best institutions in the state.”

OSUIT earned all three levels of awards presented by OCPRA: Grand, Excellence and Achievement.

All OSUIT Marketing and Communications team members were honored, including Pappas; Kerri Brownfield, assistant director of OSUIT Marketing and Communications; Chris Ensor, assistant director for OSU System Marketing; Josh Gammon, integrated marketing specialist; Andrew Nichols, videographer/photographer; and Hicham Raache, communications coordinator.
