This facility provides off-campus apartments for students who are single and at least 21 years old. Each room has access to the internet, and cable TV will be made available. Two twin-size beds (one per room), a stove, and a refrigerator are included in each apartment. The loft and flat apartments all have similarities between them but each apartment has a unique layout of it's own. A common laundry room is accessible on the first floor.
Students currently enrolled and living on campus will have priority in housing assignments to the new off-campus residence halls in downtown Okmulgee.
