David Brooks, Moira Forbes and Steve Wozniak will be the featured speakers visiting
Oklahoma for the 2014-15 Executive Management Briefings and Tulsa Business Forums,
presented annually by Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business along
with corporate sponsors.
Each year, this speaker series showcases distinguished business, political and world
leaders, authors and policymakers to the Oklahoma City and Tulsa business communities.
Both the Executive Management Briefings and the Tulsa Business Forums are coordinated
by OSU’s Center for Executive and Professional Development.
David Brooks, New York Times columnist and commentator on the PBS NewsHour and NPR, will be speaking Nov. 4-5. He will be providing insight on the impact of
business and politics.
Moira Forbes, president and publisher of ForbesWoman, will speak March 11-12, 2015 on the impact of “Leading through Power Change.”
Steve Wozniak, chief scientist of Fusion-io and co-founder of Apple Computer, is scheduled
to speak April 7, 2015. He will meet with the Oklahoma City and Tulsa business communities
while participating in a question-and-answer session.
“Once again, we have a great slate of speakers scheduled for the Executive Management
Briefings and Tulsa Business Forums. We are glad that we can bring such outstanding
individuals to Oklahoma who will provide insight into the issues faced by business
leaders today,” said Ken Eastman, dean of the Spears School of Business.

Registration is $220 for each series. Costs for individual presentations are $85 per
seat (for the Brooks and Forbes luncheons), and $50 for the Wozniak question-and-answer
session
