Friday, March 4, 2016

Eduniversal logoThe Oklahoma State University master’s degree in Management Information Systems program is again being recognized in the Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking as one of the best programs in North America.

The OSU Spears School of Business master’s program in MIS was No. 29 in the North American rankings for Information Systems programs for the second year in a row. OSU’s program was No. 23 among U.S. universities, and was the only school in the Big 12 to be included on the list.

“Once again, I applaud our dedicated MSIS faculty for providing such a value-added experience to our students,” said Rick L. Wilson, chair of the Spears School’s Management Science and Information Systems department. “We are committed to practical, hands-on, relevant and rigorous instruction that provides students a competitive edge for our fast-changing technology-driven world. It is again an honor to be recognized.”

Eduniversal-OSUThe Eduniversal rankings are based on three main criteria: 1) reputation of the program; 2) salary of first employment after graduation, and 3) satisfaction of the students. Each year this ranking evaluates more than 12,000 postgraduate programs. The final ranking is determined through a global survey of 5,000 international recruiters, 800,000 students and over 10,000 representatives from 1,000 academic institutions in 154 countries.
