Friday, August 24, 2018

Oklahoma State University’s School of Accounting was recently recognized as one of the nation’s finest by its peers in the Public Accounting Report 37th Annual Professors Survey – 2018.

The OSU School of Accounting ranks No. 22 nationally among the Top 25 master’s programs at schools with 17-23 full-time accounting faculty, and the program is No. 15 in the West Region rankings.

“This recognition by our peers is an important indicator of the quality of our master’s program,” said Audrey Gramling, head of the School of Accounting. “We provide our students with a rigorous and relevant curriculum, engaged and committed faculty, and many leadership and professional development opportunities. Our master’s program is an important element in our vision of building the future of accounting at Oklahoma State University."

The Public Accounting Report 37th Annual Professors Survey – 2018 is the nation’s only survey that allows accounting professors to rank the nation’s best accounting programs. The annual professors survey provides faculty from across the United States with an avenue to express their views to accounting firms about campus recruiting. Nearly 1,000 accounting professors from approximately 200 U.S. colleges and universities participated in the survey. The survey was open to professors of accounting at U.S. colleges and universities that offer accounting degrees.
