Elliott receives national recognition

Kathy Elliott, associate vice president and controller for Oklahoma State University and the OSU System, received the National Association of College and University Business Officer’s Rising Star Award from Robert D. Flanigan Jr., vice president, business and financial affairs, and treasurer for Spelman College at the 2006 NACUBO Annual Meeting in Hawaii. 

The NACUBO Rising Star Award identifies future leaders in higher education — someone possessing high potential to advance to leadership roles in positions of greater authority and responsibility in the field of higher education business, finance and administration. 

NACUBO recognized Elliott as one of its two Rising Stars from among its 2,500 member institutions.
