Former Black Panther Leader to Visit OSU

Bobby Seale, former chairman and co-founder of the Black Panther Party, USA, will speak about the group’s history in a speech titled “Seize the Time” on Thursday, Feb. 8, at 7 p.m. in the Wes Watkins Center auditorium at Oklahoma State University.
