Dr. James Halligan and his wife, Ann, were honored Nov. 2 at Oklahoma State University
with a ceremony dedicating the Halligan Hall of Scholars in the Student Union. The
hall recognizes the 21 major national and international awards won by students during
the decade of the Halligan administration at OSU.
