Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education Chancellor Glen Johnson joined officials
from Oklahoma State University and Northern Oklahoma College Friday to break ground
on the North Classroom Building. The $14 million facility is being partially funded
through the Oklahoma Higher Education Capital Bond Program.
