OSU-Okmulgee Holds "Sneak Preview" for High School Seniors Tuesday

(Okmulgee) – High school seniors can learn how to get financial aid to attend college, learn about the steps for admission and enrollment, get facts about the ACT and find out about career fields at Oklahoma State University - Okmulgee’s “Sneak Preview” Day.  Student Services is hosting the event on Tuesday, February 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students will be treated to a free lunch and can win door prizes. 

Events are planned throughout the day, so students and parents should plan to be there promptly at 8:30 a.m. and stay until 1 p.m.  Interested students and parents are asked to register for the event online at http://www.osu-okmulgee.edu/seniorday by calling 918-293-4671 or 800-722-4471, Ext. 4671. 

The agenda for the day is: 

8:30 – 9:00 – Registration at Covelle Hall
9:00 – 10:00 – Seniors hear about admissions and enrollment procedures and learn about financial aid options
10:00 – 10:30 – Seniors can browse lenders’ table
10:30 – 11:45 – Students can visit the degree program areas on campus
11:45 – 1:00 – Lunch   

The event is sponsored in part by student loan lenders Oklahoma Student Loan Authority, Bank of America, Chase, BancFirst and Arvest.
