OSU-Tulsa Student, Iraq Veteran Wins Prestigious Truman Scholarship

Matt Stiner, a junior political science major from Tulsa, has been named a Truman Scholar, one of the nation’s most prestigious national honors. Stiner is the first Truman Scholar from OSU’s Tulsa campus and the 10th from OSU in the past 12 years.
