The Rise School of Stillwater celebrated its opening Friday with an open house for
the community. The school, located at 1601 S. Main, is a preschool for children ages
18 months to 3.5 years providing the highest quality of early childhood education
and intervention services to children with Down syndrome or other developmental disabilities.
