Wellness tip: Considering group exercise?
If group exercise classes are new to you, take it slow. Jumping into an intermediate
or advanced class can be too difficult, both physically and emotionally. This may
leave you injured and/or discouraged. It is a good idea to start with introductory
classes. Arrive early and tell the instructors you are new. Your instructors can provide
you with special guidance and answer any questions you have. They can help you get
started safely. Wellness tips are brought to you by the OSU Seretean Wellness Center,
dedicated to making OSU the Healthiest Campus in America. For more information about
services for students, faculty and staff, call 744-WELL (9355).
