Ethanol-gasoline blends no cause for concern
Labels on gas pumps that note the gasoline contains up to 10 percent ethanol should
not be a concern for most drivers, according to an expert at Oklahoma State University.
Low-level blends such as E10 are not considered alternative fuels and major automotive
manufacturers have warranted all vehicle makes and models to use E10 or gasoline since
1995. While ethanol can help remove gum and deposits from fuel systems, it could cause
possible clogs in engines with dirty fuel deposits. Older engines might run a risk
of degradation of rubber, cork gaskets and exposed magnesium and aluminum surfaces
in the fuel system since ethanol is more corrosive than straight gasoline for many
metals, plastics and rubber. For more information, click on the following link.

Besides making it hard to fall asleep, too much caffeine can cause stomach upset, muscle tension and nervousness. To find out how much caffeine you are getting, try keeping a journal. Moderate caffeine intake is about 3 cups of coffee (roughly 300 mg of caffeine) per day or a like amount from other drinks and foods. If you think you may be drinking too much caffeine, cut back by half a cup per day, not all at once. This usually avoids severe caffeine withdrawal headaches.
