Kamm Lecture on Feb. 19 to feature Dr. Michael A. Olivas

Dr. Michael A. Olivas of the University of Houston Law Center will deliver the 16th Robert B. Kamm Distinguished Lecture in Higher Education at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater on Feb. 19.

Olivas, the William B. Bates Distinguished Chair in Law at the University of Houston Law Center and director of the Institute for Higher Education Law and Governance, will speak about “DREAM On: Higher Education, Immigration, and National Security” at 1:15 p.m. in 010 Willard Lecture Hall. The lecture is free and open to the public.
