OSU aerospace professor lands national faculty adviser award

An Oklahoma State University professor has been honored for his promotion of and dedication to aeronautics education in Oklahoma by the world’s largest technical society devoted to the global aerospace community.

Andrew Arena, Maciula Professor of engineering in OSU’s School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, received the 2008 Faculty Adviser Award during the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics 46th Aerospace Sciences Meeting and Exhibit this week in Reno, Nev.
