(STILLWATER, OKLA. – June 10, 2008) – Nearby Texas and New Mexico have been the states
most affected by the salmonella outbreak linked to certain varieties of tomatoes,
but the list of supermarkets and restaurants nationwide pulling tomatoes from shelves
and menus is growing.
Oklahoma State University food safety specialist can speak to the implications of
