IV presented one of their T-shirts to T. Boone Pickens at the Oct. 4 OSU football
game in Stillwater. Holmes and Sneed have created 10 unique T-shirt designs to promote
the Pickens Plan as well as raise money for alternative energy research at OSU. The
two are devoted to the cause, hoping to sell shirts in all 50 states. Holmes, who
is now a Pickens Plan representative, said, “We want to create a walking billboard
across not just Oklahoma but the United States.” Shirts are available for purchase
