OSU student's work in Madagascar unearths unique, brief life cycle of chameleon

Last week, Furcifer labordi was a little-known example of the many unique animal species native to the island of Madagascar. Monday’s publication of an Oklahoma State University student’s research by the National Academy of Sciences has brought the reptile out of its shell, revealing a life cycle unparalleled among four-legged vertebrates.
