Oxford awaits OSU student

Kelsey Williams and OSU English professor Elizabeth Grubgeld visit on the steps of Morrill Hall following the announcement that he is the recipient of an Oxford graduate scholarship.

Kelsey Williams is one of 50 American students to be awarded an Oxford Clarendon Press Scholarship that provides full tuition and fees for American graduate students at Oxford University. The scholarship also includes a stipend for living and miscellaneous expenses.The Stillwater native is in an OSU Honors College student who will graduate this May.
