(Stillwater, OK   September 1, 2009) - Oklahoma State University and the University of the Philippines Los Baños have signed a reciprocal exchange agreement for undergraduate students who wish to study in the Philippines.

The agreement, signed by OSU Provost Marlene Strathe and UPLB Chancellor Luis Rey I. Velasco, will enable OSU students to enroll and study at UPLB while paying OSU tuition and fees.

“We envision a long and fruitful relationship that will benefit both of our universities,” said Strathe.
