OSU names Crenshaw to head undergraduate admissions

(OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, July 24, 2009) -- N. Christine Crenshaw of Manhattan, Kan., was
named the new Oklahoma State University director of undergraduate admissions during
the
July 24 meeting of the Oklahoma State University/A&M Board of Regents at OSU-Oklahoma
City.
Crenshaw will lead the more than 40 staff members who handle OSU’s undergraduate recruitment
and admissions activities. She will assume her new position on the Stillwater campus
on Sept. 1.
“Christine brings outstanding experience, creativity and enthusiasm to this all-important
position. She is a wonderful addition to our team,” said Kyle Wray, associate vice
president for enrollment management and marketing.
Crenshaw joined the staff of Kansas State University in 2000 as associate director
of undergraduate admissions, and has served as senior associate director of undergraduate
admissions since 2004. From 1991-2000, she was director of Student Financial Aid for
the Kansas Board of Regents,
She received her B.S. degree in clothing and textiles from the State University of
New York in Oneonta, and her M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Iowa.
Since 2000, she has served on the board of director s of Educational Systems, Inc.
She holds memberships in the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions
Officers, the Kansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers,
the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, the Rocky Mountain
Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators, and the Kansas Association of
Student Financial Aid Administrators.
