OSU offers New Year's resolutions for pets

(January 29, 2009 Stillwater, OK) – The Oklahoma State University’s (OSU) Center
for Veterinary Health Sciences is offering New Year’s resolutions for your pets at
the February Pet Care Seminar on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 7 p.m. in McElroy Hall Auditorium
on the Stillwater campus.
Dr. Paul DeMars, Small Animal Community Practice, will discuss common pet problems
that can be controlled with easy, inexpensive and effective changes in your pet’s
diet, exercise, dental care, behavior and more.
Pet Care Seminars are open to the public at no charge. McElroy Hall is located at
the corner of McFarland and Farm Road. Free parking is available.
The Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences is one of 28 veterinary
colleges in the United States and is fully accredited by the Council on Education
of the American Veterinary Medical Association. The center’s Boren Veterinary Medial
Teaching Hospital is open to the public and provides routine and specialized care
for small and large animals. It also offers 24 hour emergency care and is certified
