Celebrate Constitution Day with Regent Andy Lester

Andy Lester, member of the OSU/A&M Board of Regents, will be the guest speaker when the OSU Library celebrates Constitution Day on Thursday, Sept. 16, in the Peggy V. Helmerich Browsing Room, Edmon Low Library, from 3:30 – 5 p.m. Lester will present “Constitutionalism in the 21st Century: Is the Rule of Law Relevant?”  The event is free and open to the public. A reception will follow.
