Freshman Friday: Matthew Church
Friday, December 10, 2010
Oklahoma State University is offering a closer look into the lives of its freshmen students. Each Friday, one freshman will be highlighted on the OSU Facebook page as part of the “Freshman Friday” feature. The freshmen profiles will share students’ first impressions and experiences at OSU and create a unique way for others to get to know first-year students. If this is your first year at OSU and you want to participate in “Freshman Friday,” please contact Amy Wilson at amy.k.wilson10@okstate.edu.

I chose OSU because I heard about their great Architecture program.

My favorite experience so far has been the first football game. It was really exciting.
What do you wish you would have known before coming to college?
Nothing really, I kind of liked just winging it and just experiencing college face to face.
What changes do you hope to see during your years at OSU?
I hope to see the Student Union completed and more parking available for students.
Where do you see yourself after graduation?
I see myself working in Oklahoma, not too far from my family, and hopefully I'll have found the girl of my dreams.
What advice would you give to high school seniors who are thinking about coming to OSU?
Check out the OU and OSU campuses, and you'll understand why people choose OSU.
