OSU students, faculty and staff will have another opportunity to provide input for the new campus landscape master plan on Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the south lobby on the first floor of the Edmon Low Library.

The design team will set up a series of campus maps and planning concept displays in the library to get specific feedback on proposed ideas and concepts. This event will build upon the feedback that was provided from a similar event last April.

Participants will be able to view the displays and share their thoughts on the proposed ideas with design team members and campus representatives. Participants will also have the opportunity to express their opinions for key topics with the placement of differently colored dots on the maps in response to specific questions and planning options.

Elements that will be presented include concepts for campus circulation systems, streetscape and walkway character, gateways, etc.  Preliminary concepts will also be presented for redevelopment of OSU’s International Plaza, as well as for the proposed Greek Centennial Sundial Project. The goal for these interactive exercises is to allow an opportunity for OSU stakeholders to help shape the future development of the campus.

This master planning effort will update OSU’s ten year-old campus landscape master plan and enhance its compatibility with the recently completed Master Plan 2025 that created a vision for new facilities on campus.
