OSU sociologist named APA Fellow

Riley E. Dunlap, Regents Professor of Sociology at OSU, has been elected a Fellow of the American Psychological Association in recognition of his scholarship on environmental attitudes, beliefs and values. For more than three decades, Dunlap has examined citizen concern for environmental quality. He and his collaborators have published several highly cited articles including the “New Ecological Paradigm Scale,” which has become the most widely used measure of environmental concern in the world.
