OSU team places first at international competition

A team of OSU Industrial Engineering and Management undergraduates took first place this summer in the 2010 Institute of Industrial Engineers International Student Paper Competition. Thomas Hong, Jakarta; Julianna Bright, Arlington, Tex.; and Carrie Walker, Edmond, were announced as international winners at the meeting in Cancun, Mexico. The paper was based on their senior design project work titled “An Investigation into the Current Distribution System at Ditch Witch in Perry, Oklahoma.”
