Women’s rodeo team wins

The OSU Rodeo Women’s Team recently won a rodeo at Southeastern OSU in Durant, led by graduate student Rachelle Holt from Gruver, Texas, who won the barrel racing contest. Holt also tied for fourth place in breakaway roping and earned the all-around title at the event. Credit for the win also goes to teammates Brooke Weaver of Drumright, Savanna Christensen of Medicine Lodge, Kan., and Leslie Schweer of Garden City, Kan. The team’s last rodeo of the fall semester is Nov. 4 – 6 at Northwestern OSU in Alva.
