Flu Shot Dates and Times for Faculty and Staff:

October  19	8-10 a.m.	Student Union Atrium
October 20	8-10 a.m.	106B Whitehurst
October 26	10-12 a.m.	Anne Morris Greenwood Reading Room on the second floor of the library
October 27	7:30 – 9:30 a.m.	Seretean Wellness Center

 

                          

                            

                         

                                 

 

Beginning Oct. 28, faculty and staff can receive flu shots from 8-10 a.m. at UHS, during regular faculty and staff walk-in hours.

Faculty and staff must provide their Blue Cross healthinsurance card to the clinic at the time of immunizations. UHS will bill the insurance for the flu shot.

UHS is partnering with the Seretean Wellness Center toprovide clinics for faculty and staff immunizations.
