Library offers “rooftop photo op”

Catch the view from atop Edmon Low Library on Friday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. when the public is invited to climb the stairs to the building’s outside balconies for $5 each to benefit United Way. Besides the view, you’ll get a look inside the bell tower too. For details, click here.
