Luncheon to honor Davis

OSU Institutional Diversity and Black Faculty and Staff Association will host a luncheon honoring Nancy Randolph Davis, OSU’s first African American student on Friday, April 15, in the Lanphere Room, second floor, College of Human Environmental Sciences West. Davis was the first black student to enroll at OSU in 1949. She earned her master’s degree in 1952 and taught home economics and child care before retiring after 43 years in education.
