Meditation and stress reduction group

OSU Psychological Services Center will be offering a meditation group for individuals who would like assistance handling stress, worry, sadness, and/or distress related to chronic pain. Learn mindfulness and yoga practice for stress reduction and enhanced well-being. The group starts the week of September 21 and ends in mid-November.
